Speak your Truth. Loudly.
I take your raw .wav files and turn them into a clean, clear, and pleasant listening experience.
I will start by inserting intros, outros, ad spots, and music according to your episode plan, cutting the fat, and making it sound smooth and professional.
While I am in there I will take out content you’ve designated to be cut, rearrange segments, clean up noise, clear most of the breaths, unwanted sounds, white noise, and “ahs” and “ums” from your podcast. (Well, most of them. Your listeners will be more comfortable if you leave one or two in.)
Then I will run your sound through a few filters and adjustments to give your voice the richest, clearest sound possible, for the most pleasurable listening experience.
With the help of my favourite digital tools, I will prepare rich and detailed show notes that can be uploaded to your podcast’s website, complete with any links or art you care to provide. I am happy to hunt down a few images to enrich your show notes, or if you prefer, generate brand new ones using AI. I will also do the SEO for the page once it is entered into your blog for you.
I will upload a final, polished .mp3 file in 52kbps mono for the best possible compatibility with the podcasting tools of your choice, then make sure that the new episode is registered with the major RSS services that make your podcast appear in places like itunes, spotify, and pocketcast.
Editing takes me about 4 minutes per minute of recording or more if I am working with multiple hosts. Writing show notes, adding ID3 tags to your program, encoding the file, quality testing, adding podcast 2.0 data, and uploading the file takes me an hour no matter how long the podcast takes. Shorter podcasts (under 30 minutes) are always ready for launch in 2 business days. Longer podcasts in 4 days.
